Thanskgiving Break..
Thanksgiving break was nothing short of boring, I decided to take my break to enjoy spending time with my family instead of what most people do, visit with friends and catch up because we haven't seen each other in months. I went home on a Monday so my break was fairly long, I decided to kinda just hangout and do homework and focus on the next 3 weeks ahead. It was very nice being able to catch up with my siblings who I haven't seen in forever as well as see my grandparents before they went off to Florida. My break was typically boring but very nice to just hangout with my family.

That sounds alot about what my break was like, I has went home on the Tuesday and studied and studied because my math professor felt it was appropriate to give us a exam the 9:00 am after we got back from Thanksgiving day break. I felt that I couldn't fully enjoy my break like I will be able to this coming winter break. I can't wait to be able to sit back and not think about homework or stress about exams anymore.
ReplyDeleteI know just what you mean. Breaks do not really have the excitement that they did in our grade school years. Now they seem like a time to catch up on work and to get ahead so that you don't drown in the work when you do make it back to classes. Even when visiting family (in my case at least) I found myself constantly thinking about what I needed to do for my classes.
